In this advanced diploma program, you will learn the essential job and leadership skills needed to be successful in this vast industry. With experiential learning opportunities in a new on-campus restaurant, event centre and hotel suites, you will come to understand the demands and hard work needed to run a multi-faceted hospitality operation in one of the world’s most diverse tourism destinations, the great city of Toronto.
To round out training, this program also features a comprehensive 14-week field placement with one of our industry partners, either locally or internationally.
In addition to your advanced diploma, you will graduate with important industry certifications such as Smart Serve, Safe Food Handlers and CPR, making you truly job ready.
From hospitality management to tourism planning and leadership development, you will be prepared to make significant contributions to the global hospitality and tourism sector.
