Industry professionals will lead you as you learn in our Hotel Operations courses, and serve guests in The Local Cafe and Restaurant, 20,000 square foot Event Centre and four boutique style guest rooms. You can also further your knowledge and skills during a 14-week field placement with one of our leading industry partnerships, who will support your learning and development. Throughout the program, you will receive relevant technology-based training and industry certifications (including Smart Serve, Food Handlers and CPR/First Aid) that will be recognized and sought after by top employers.
